Chairman
Dr. Tashi Yangzome Dorji is the Director of the Department of Livestock under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests. She started her career as a Veterinary Officer under the Department of Livestock and subsequently served as the Program Director at the National Biodiversity Centre before taking up the current position. She has a Master’s degree in Wild Animal Health from the University of London, UK and Bachelor’s degrees in Science and Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from Murdoch University, Western Australia.
Board Director
Mr. Dawa Tshering is the Chief Economic Development and Marketing Officer for Market Information and Research Division under Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. He started the career as a Trainee Officer with the Personnel Division of the Ministry of Agriculture. He has a Masters in Public Administration from ENA, France.
Board Director
Mr. Sonam Tobgay is currently serving as Associate Director in the Department of Finance, Druk Holding & Investment (DHI). He has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherland in 2012 and Bachelor of Degree in Commerce (Hons) Delhi University from Sherubtse College in 2006. He worked in Bhutan Power Corporation as Finance Officer from 2007 till 2014.

Mr. Tenzin Jamtsho is currently serving as the Chief Finance Officer at Ministry of Finance, Directorate, Finance Division. He has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT)(Thailand) in 2002 and Bachelor of Degree in Commerce (Hons) Delhi University from Sherubtse Collge in 1997. His career started as Assistant Finance Officer from 1997 till 2008. After that, worked as Sr. Budget officer from 2009 till 2013. From the year 2014 till 2017 served under Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Overseas Mission & Embassies/Royal Bhutan Consulate, India, West Bengal.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr.Dophu Dukpa is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bhutan Livestock Development Corporation Limited. He joined the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock as an Agriculture Economist with the then Renewable Natural Resources Research Center (RNRRC) Khangma in January 1998 after completing his Bachelor of Science (Agriculture Economics) from the University of Philippines Los Banos (UPLB). He also worked with the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) as a Deputy Chief Prevention Officer from 2008 to 2009 after which he resigned from the Civil Service. He served as a Member of Parliament during the Second Government’s tenure (2013-2018). After that worked with the Food Security and Agriculture Productivity Project (FSAPP), MoAL as an expert in Value Chain and Marketing fielded by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
