Temporary AppointmentEligibility Criteria
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to work in any BLDCL office, farm, processing plant, or outlet as assigned by management.
Employment & Growth
The initial employment period is six (6) months, with the possibility of regularisation based on performance.
Candidates demonstrating excellent performance, commitment, discipline and professional conduct may be considered for regular appointment against available vacancies, subject to organisational requirements and approval by the competent authority.
Remuneration
Salary and benefits shall be provided in accordance with the company's prevailing rules and regulations.
Work Environment
Selected candidates may be assigned to BLDCL offices, farms, processing plants, outlets and other operational units according to organisational requirements.
