Nationwide Call for Dealers: Distribution of BLDCL Products in All 20 Dzongkhags
The Bhutan Livestock Development Corporation Limited (BLDCL) invites enterprising individuals, groups, cooperatives, and registered firms from across the country to come forward as dealers for the distribution of BLDCL products in their respective dzongkhags.
About the Opportunity
BLDCL is pleased to float this Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify and engage capable and committed dealers for the distribution of BLDCL products across the country.
To ensure equitable access to safe, hygienic, and affordable products for every Bhutanese household, BLDCL intends to appoint at least one dealer from each of the 20 dzongkhags.
This is a nationwide opportunity to build a stable livelihood while supporting Bhutan's farmers, producers, and the broader goal of food self-sufficiency.
Coverage Sought
BLDCL is calling for EOIs from all 20 dzongkhags, with a minimum of one dealer to be engaged from each dzongkhag.
Applicants are requested to indicate their dzongkhag and preferred location(s) of operation. Dzongkhags where interest has already been received are noted below for reference.
Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from Bhutanese citizens, business groups, cooperatives, and registered firms who have:
A genuine interest in distribution or agri-business.
Suitable business premises or storage facility (owned or leased) in the proposed dzongkhag.
A valid trade license, or willingness to obtain one.
Sound financial standing and the ability to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
A passion for serving their community with honesty and reliability.

How to Apply
Interested and eligible applicants are requested to submit their Expression of Interest, along with the following:
A duly filled EOI application form (available at BLDCL Head Office and district offices, or on request).
A copy of valid citizenship identity card / registration documents.
A brief profile of the applicant, including relevant business experience, if any.
Name of dzongkhag and proposed location of the business premises.
Contact details including phone number and email address.
Applications may be submitted in person, by post, or by email to the address below on or before, 30 October 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
Only Two dealer will be shortlisted per dzongkhag from among the applicants received. Where more than one dzongkhag remains unrepresented, priority will be given to applicants from those dzongkhags.
