Temporary Employment Announcement

Bhutan Livestock Development Corporation Limited (BLDCL) is pleased to announce temporary employment opportunities for young and aspiring graduates to gain valuable professional experience and contribute to the growth of the livestock sector.

  1. Position: Graduate Trainee (Temporary Appointment)
  2. Number of Slots: 5
  3. Employment Duration: Initial period of six (6) months, with the possibility of regularisation based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be willing to work in any BLDCL office, farm, processing plant, or outlet as assigned by the management.

Placement Areas

Selected candidates may be assigned to various divisions and operational units of BLDCL, including Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Information Technology, Production Plants, Farms, and other relevant sections based on organizational needs.

Remuneration
Salary and benefits shall be provided in accordance with the company’s prevailing rules and regulations.

Regularization Opportunity

Candidates who demonstrate excellent performance, commitment, discipline, and professional conduct during the temporary engagement period may be considered for regular appointment against available vacancies, subject to organizational requirements and approval by the competent authority.
