Sonam Tobgay, CPA serves as an Associate Director at Druk Holding and Investments. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Sherubtse College, Kanglung, Bhutan, completed in 2006.
His career reflects extensive expertise in finance, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. He serves as non-executive director on the board.
Namgay Wangchuk

Mr. Namgay Wangchuk currently works as a General Manager in NRDCL, a DHI company. He has worked in the Civil Service for more than 15 years before he resigned in 2017 to join the corporate sector. He holds a Master’s Degree in HR Management from Edith Cowen University, Western Australia. Aside from his professional experience, he’s a mindfulness practitioner and certified trainer in Mindfulness-based Emotional Intelligence. He’s a poet/writer. He has so far published two books and written many columns for Kuensel, the national daily newspaper. He’s also a social worker devoted to promoting clean and healthy environment, for which he was awarded the national order of merit silver by His Majesty The Druk Gyalpo on the 117th National Day in 2024.
Dawa Sonam

Mr. Dawa Sonam has Masters in Information Technology, from Murdoch University, Western Australia, and Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Madras University in India.
He has over 19 years of experience in Information Technology and Innovation, with more than 9 years at Executive Roles in leading Private Companies and Corporations in Bhutan. His previous positions include Executive Director (NGN Technologies), General Manager of IT Division (Bhutan Telecom), and IT Head (Druk Holding and Investments) among others.
Jamyang Tashi Wangdi

Jamyang Tashi Wangdi is a Chief Livestock Officer at the Department of Livestock, and holds an MSc in Food Science with a specialization in Dairy Science from Wageningen University & Research, The Netherlands. With over 13 years of experience, he specializes in livestock enterprise development, value addition, and institutional capacity building. He has led several key projects in Bhutan’s livestock sector, including those supported by the EU, GoI PTA, FAO TCP, and EU TA, focusing on infrastructure development, value chain enhancement, and market expansion. He also serves as a board member of the Bhutan Livestock Development Corporation Limited (BLDCL).
Dophu Dukpa

Mr. Dophu Dukpa is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bhutan Livestock Development Corporation Limited. He joined the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock as an Agriculture Economist with the then Renewal Natural Resources Research Center (RNRRC) Khangma in January 1998 after completing his Bachelor of Science ( Agriculture Economics ) from the University of Philippines Los Banos (UPLB). He also worked with the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) as a Deputy Chief Prevention Officer from 2008 to 2009 after which he resigned from the Civil Service. He served as Member of Parliament during the second Government’s tenure 2013-2018. After that worked with the Food Security and Agriculture Productivity Project. (FSAPP), MoAL as an expert in Value Chain and Marketing field by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
